Consultations are by appointment and can be booked over the telephone or online.

• Routine Appointments can be booked on the day. Please call after 10:00 to book one.
• Urgent appointments should be requested as close as possible to 08:00. A receptionist will either make an appointment for you or put your details on the telephone list for the duty doctor to call you back. Your condition will then be assessed over the telephone and appropriate action taken.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
